RAFFLE ENTRY: END ICE PEDAL

We wanted to do something special to help raise funds for those affected by ICE and have made 10 custom END ICE pedals to raffle off.

• One entry = $10. Donate as much as you would like for more entries!
• Raffle is open now through Monday, February 16th at 12pm EST.
• Raffle winners will be announced on or around Monday, February 16th at 4pm EST.
• All proceeds will be donated to these vetted 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations:

We, like so many others here in the United States, have been shocked and horrified by the actions of ICE in Minnesota and across the country. The blatant fascist takeover and destruction of the rule of law have been awful to witness. A government organization has been weaponized as a secret police force in front of our very eyes and has no excuse to exist other than to exact racially motivated terror. No government has the right to snatch people out of their homes, rip parents from their cars, and kill protesters trying to protect their neighbors, family, and friends.

At the same time, it has been amazing to see communities coming together to fight back. We’ve seen people of all backgrounds walk into the streets to defend their communities from ICE and all government arms aimed at terrorizing their people. We want to show our support for folks across the country helping to fight back against this evil and hopefully see the light at the end with all of us together.

RAFFLE RULES + FAQs

• All 10 units are identical in color (black spray paint on raw enclosure) with different bold knobs.
  
• Winners will first be announced via Instagram Live on Monday, February 16th at 4pm EST. Make sure you are following us on Instagram @deathbyaudioeffects!
• Winners will then be notified via email and we will confirm shipping information from you at that time. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days, you will forfeit your prize, and we will award it to someone else. Make sure you enter your correct email address!
• Winners are eligible worldwide, with the exception of several countries due to shipping restrictions. Please refer to the list of countries below.
• Winners located outside the United States will more than likely incur customs, tariffs, VAT, and other import charges. These are your responsibility and you should familiarize yourself ahead of time with what they may be. Any packages marked undeliverable due to lack of customs payment will result in forfeiture of the pedal and you will not receive a replacement.
• No refunds are allowed, as all money received will be donated to the nonprofits listed above.
• Employees of Death By Audio are not eligible to win but may donate to the cause.
• Death By Audio Authorized Retailers and Distributors are not eligible to win but may donate to the cause.
