Items are eligible for return or store credit only if purchased directly from Death By Audio. Items purchased from authorized retailers or distributors must be returned through the same channels.
You must contact us prior to sending in your item for return at info@deathbyaudio.com.
The buyer is responsible for covering their own return shipping costs and generating their own shipping label.
Eligibility requirements for returns:
Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Must be in the same working condition as when received, with no cosmetic flaws.
Must include all original packaging.
Apparel and accessories are final sale if washed or worn.
Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, minus shipping costs.
If your item shows signs of use or has any cosmetic wear, we can offer store credit instead of a refund, minus shipping costs.
Please note: All returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We’re a small team, and processing returns requires significant time and care. The decision to charge a 10% restocking fee is at the sole discretion of Death By Audio.
If your pedal arrives defective or damaged, contact us right away at info@deathbyaudio.com.

You can return an item for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
