Shipping Timeframe

  • Orders are usually shipped the same day or the next business day.

  • We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

  • If your order will take longer than 5 business days to ship, we will notify you by email of the delay.

  • Product pages indicate if certain pedals are temporarily out of stock.

Rush Shipments

  • If you need rush shipping, contact us before ordering to confirm stock availability.

  • The rush shipping option must be selected at checkout and the appropriate surcharge paid.

  • We are not open on weekends, US holidays, or after 7 PM on weekdays, so please plan accordingly.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details are provided via email or text.

  • We recommend downloading the Shop app for real-time updates on your packages.

International Shipments

  • We encourage ordering from within your own country to avoid customs fees.

  • Visit our “Find a Dealer” page to locate your local shop.

  • Do not request that we mark your item as a gift or declare a lower value — this is illegal and can result in hefty fines.

  • You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your country. Especially now, tariff rates are higher and constantly changing.

  • We do not offer refunds for shipments denied due to unpaid customs or lack of pickup. If you refuse to pick up your package and/or pay your tariff fees, the carrier will either destroy the package or return it to us and require that we pay the return shipping costs, as well as the tariff costs that you refused to pay. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PACKAGES RETURNED TO US.

  • We highly recommend contacting your shipping carrier before delivery to pay customs fees ahead of time, as carriers often add extra charges for handling import fees at delivery.

  • If you have trouble locating your package, check the tracking number with your local postal carrier. For instance, USPS may hand over tracking to your country’s postal service once the package arrives.
