Our policy lasts 30 days from when item was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you believe your pedal is not working and the 30 day return period has passed, we offer free lifetime repairs. For repairs, please email our repair tech, Chris at email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in working condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Books, pins, other accessories, and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you believe your pedal arrived defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our online store. Please email us prior to sending in your return at email@example.com.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. We are a small team and processing returns takes a lot of time. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions.
If you would like to exchange your pedal for something else, and it is within the 30 day return window, you may request an exchange. If you think your item arrived damaged or defective please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We do not offer exchanges for used products.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
